1. Standard Purchase Conditions
Please be advised that every transaction completed on our digital storefront is considered strictly final. Luldhavina does not accommodate elective returns or style exchanges for buyer's remorse. The sole exemptions granted under this policy are explicitly limited to merchandise that arrives with a confirmed manufacturing flaw or instances where an incorrect item was dispatched by our warehouse.
2. Quality Assurance & Defect Claims
